This album of meditative musical and sound vibration began as a live recording captured during a virtual sound bath performed by Justine and Jay-Sun on May 20th 2020.

Using the Didgeridoo, Sitar, Shruti Box and Gongs recorded as they were performed on that evening; other intention filled sounds and frequencies were added as well as audio captured from nature (elements) and infused with mantras and positive affirmations generously shared with us by our friends on social media to produce these soothing, relaxing and insightful tracks.

We encourage you to use these sounds as a tool of self discovery through inward awareness and deep listening. For an optimal listening experience headphones are recommended.
